The Mumbai-based founders Mr. Uday Parkar & Ms. Prachi Gawand recently opened the doors of their creative hot shop – The Countryside Design. It is in the charming city of heavenly beaches, Alibaug.
Alibaug is just a boat ride away from the glitterati of the financial capital city Mumbai. It became synonymous with South Mumbai, especially when the pandemic hit. People roam without masks and stay near loved ones. They grow their own food, relax, and rejuvenate. It was possible to breathe free while being safe and maintaining social distancing. This certainly changed the value of Alibaug drastically. It attracted the who’s who of Mumbai’s glamour world to have a second home on this island. The influx increased footfalls of the Mumbai dwellers to the little town. This created a need for professional hospitality services in Alibaug.

They also coined the brand name, logo, and a brand language that flows into the 800 sq. ft. space outlet at the prominent location of bypass road in Alibaug. Designers words – “We specialize in the deadly & successful combination of Brand Design + Advertising. We are proud to be the only creative agency to do so in India. Spa Me went through the same process & the branding just flowed from the brand logo to architecture effortlessly”.
SPA Me features rare species of real sea shells & sands collected from the shores of India. It also features the rare dried flora & fauna. Making it a serene & sensory experience from the moment you enter, the spa therapies only elevate the experience.
Spa Me is made of natural materials like stone, sand, glass, wood, shells, etc. The space stands out for its all-natural & sustainable design making its way to the future.
